Campaign 2010

Countdown to Congressional Elections

The most effective way to restrict democracy is to transfer decision-making from the public arena to unaccountable institutions: kings and princes, priestly castes, military juntas, party dictatorships, or modern corporations.

News on Fox News

December 10, 2007

The Facts

No news outlet, whether TV, newspaper, radio, or magazine, has ever been as controversial as Fox News. They have been both praised and criticized by millions. The dividing line falls straight down the middle between the Democratic & Republican Parties and their respective supporters, which, of course, is not news in itself. Fox News is praised by the Republican supporters as the only media that tells the truth and criticized by the Democratic supporters as a new media that is almost never honest, distorts the facts, and is very biased in favor of the Republican Party. Because of Fox News, the news media can now be included with religion & politics as an argument that can never be won.

My View

As most everyone knows, Fox News is owned by extremist right wing Republican Rupert Murdoch, a man possessed with controlling planet earth. He is widely viewed as the most biased name in news (this is just one of many sites substantiating this). Since becoming a citizen of the United States, giving him dual citizenship with his home country Australia, he has used many of America’s freedoms against us in an effort to destroy our freedoms, and funding most of these efforts with American tax payer money. He should not be underestimated as a fanatic who is just a nuisance’s. He means business and he has the wealth, which brings him power, to succeed if we allow our politicians to let him continue.

Fox News is the only news outlet in the history of news reporting that has an organization whose sole agenda is to expose Fox News biases and distortion of the news. FOXATTACKS doesn’t just say that Fox News is biased; they supply the evidence to back it up. And much of it is in video form so there can be no doubt. They even supply information on companies that advertise on Fox News so people can contact them to registry complaints and inform them they will not be buying any of their products as long as they advertise on Fox News.

Fox News loves the controversy; it is fuel for keeping their name out in front. Even those who don’t like them will watch just to see what they are saying. I highly recommend that everyone watch them and registry a complaint with your representative every time you hear them lying or distorting the news. You can go to this web site to get the email address of your representatives. Just click on your state or state name and it will pull up a list of all the representatives in your state. Representatives are known for taking action when a certain percentage of their state voters register a complaint on a particular subject. I’ve already tried it, and it only takes approximately three minutes out of your time to look up their name, pull it up, and write an email. You don’t need to get into details. Simply be brief & to the point, then say you will not vote for them the next time around if they don’t respond to your complaint. You will be amazed at how well this works.
