Wachovia Bank Under Investigation Again

April 27th, 2008 · 1 Comment · Banks & Financial Institutions, Big Business, Government

April 27, 2008

The Facts

Federal prosecutors are investigating Wachovia Corporation for possible involvement in laundering drug money for Mexico and Columbia. Wachovia is refusing to make any comment.

My View

Over the past few months Wachovia has made the news for scamming the elderly, for which they paid a fine of $144 million. There have been dozens of blogs talking about how bad Wachovia is. There have been many questions over the past two years about the way they treat their customers on credit cards and many other things. I even wrote about a personal experience I had with them that said Wachovia wants to charge $1.20 just to put a phone caller on hold until someone was available to take the call. And there have been many more reports on how Wachovia conducts their business.

Folks, here’s the bottom line; as long as our elected government officials from both political parties and our government agencies are being “financed” by big business, this sort of thing is going to continue. Those involved in these illegal and unethical actions know they will not have to pay any consequences when exposed. They know that eventually some news organization will expose them, but in the meantime they will make millions of dollars knowing they will not be held accountable.

Every week there are reports about this sort of thing. Therefore, it can not be defended by saying this is not the norm and we can not blame all financial institutes for the crimes of a few. It has become the norm. The abnormal is the few who do abide by the laws, both legal and ethical. I just hope that our country can be saved before history includes America as another powerful nation that failed because of greed and corruption by our leaders.

Wachovia Bank foreclose on my non inflated equity rich home where I borrowed 1/4 of my home’s value.
They spend money from a trust account allocated to repair my flooded home. They failed to do 2 of 3 inspections they promised to do and then failed to conduct a post construction fungal inspection. They poisoned me for 18 months due to their neglect and I stopped breathing.
In the meantime Farmer’s Mutual Insurance owed me for furnishings taken from my home (larceny) and never paid me either.
I was in bed fighting for my life and still need 3 ivs, and 6 injections per week to keep alive , plus oxygen, neulizers, and inhalers . My lungs have nodules and are irritated from being infected my aspergilliosos and tricothecene mycotoxicosis.
Losses are over 1 million dollars and I am just able to get up for over 3 hrs per day and eat regular food since 2004.
The US Government FEDERAL and STATE levels refused to address this issue. The corruption has now hit Wall Street and after more investigations, you will see where corruption doesn’t pay. Our government and medicare is supporting me. 7 people lost their jobs when I was poisoned. Wachovia sold their HomEq servicing division to Barclay’s Bank. I am being denied my money and I am a senior citizen, disabled prior to being poisoned, and homeless. I have been told that the law schools and colleges are teaching this breed of CEO’s that stealing is “aggresive business practices”.
American has been ruined by a bunch of jerks that would not employ them in private enterprises. They are loosers and now exposed to their lawlessness and cruel and inhumane undeveloped spiritual entities . Hell is too good for them.

The cost to taxpayers is the same.
