Yeah that would really help, in a time of recession....the smartest thing you could do is to increase taxes and implement "give away programs" to those who don't pay any taxes. Good thinging lefty Obama has steadfastly voted to increase taxes , well the truth is Obama and the left have never seen a tax bill they didn't like.
