Looking Back At ‘Citizens United vs. FEC’ Decision

Lawrence Lessig, a Harvard Professor, recently addressed the title issue in a speech at Edmond J. Safra Center on Ethics at Harvard. AmpedStatus condensed the video of his speech down to less than 5 minutes, which you can watch below. It’s all extremely informative, but a couple of things really stand out: .01% (one-tenth of one percent) give more than $10,000 in an election cycle and .0000063% of Americans account for 80% of the Super-Pac dollars that have been spent in the 2012 election so far.
