The Old Man isn’t going to say a lot about this one. Because, one, I would say more than I probably should; and two, I would be writing for a week if I said all I’d like to say. Lurch, the steer with the world’s largest horns, has died. He was a 14-year-old Watusi. Lurch’s horns were 36 inches in circumference and weighed 100 pounds each, placing him in the Guinness Book of World Records. He died of cancer at the base of one of his massive horns. A taxidermist from Midland Texas will create a full-body Taxidermy of Lurch. His final resting place hasn’t been determined yet.
