Why does the Vatican need 11 pages of rules to tell priest they are not allowed to sexually abuse children or the disabled? The Crystal Cathedral in Garden Grove, California may have not only a “cracked ceiling”, but “cracks” in all 10,000 of the glass panels in the building. The cathedral was built by Rev. Robert H. Schuller (Sr.) in 1980 at a cost of $17 million ($55 million in today’s dollars), after an estimated cost of $6 million.
